Vermont Medicaid
Vermont Medicaid is a resource that can help many seniors afford the cost of homecare.
If eligible, attendees at The Meeting Place will have their costs fully paid. In addition, transportation can be arranged through RCT and will also be fully paid by Medicaid.
For clients needing in-home care who are Medicaid or other insurance-eligible, our services may be provided under contract with a certified home-health agency that meets requirements for Medicaid and 3rd party billing.

Programs of Care
Northeast Kingdom Homecare, Inc. provides in-home care services as well as a group day program called The Meeting Place. In-home care means a caregiver will come to your home, assist you with your needs, and stay with you as long as is required. The Meeting Place provides a group setting where you will be engaged with friends, involved in activities, and stimulated both mentally and physically.
In-Home Care
Caregivers can come into your home for a few hours a week or around the clock. Caregivers will assist you in taking care of your personal needs as well as picking up the house, preparing meals, and transporting you to appointments.

The Meeting Place does not feel like an institutional healthcare setting. It truly delivers on being 'homelike'. Located in an historic building, it provides a warm atmosphere for socialization, activity, and stimulation.
