The Meeting Place to Open on Saturdays

The Meeting Place adult day service will initiate a Saturday program beginning on November 15th and running through December 20th. The goal will be to provide an extra day of care for senior clients, and extra weekend time during the holidays when family members may be engaged in holiday shopping and other activities.

It's about choices...

Debra Hunt, President, NEKHC

We know that home has a special meaning for our parents. It's about memories and family and friends and comfort. We support the choice to stay home by providing opportunies for care and companionship during the day or round-the-clock. The Meeting Place is an active site where seniors can be cared for, eat nutritious meals, and be among friends.

Our Mission

Northeast Kingdom Homecare, Inc. was founded in January, 2004. It's mission is to provide choices in care that will allow senior citizens to stay at home. This mission is consistant with Vermont's Choices for Care initiatives which foster such alternatives. We believe our first responsibility is to those seniors who have entrusted themselves to us, and we will work each and every day to earn that trust.
