When John and Fred Prue, known as Prue’s Blues, sang “Mr. Sun”, a song their father wrote, and when Fred Prue, Sr. with assistance from his daughter, got up to dance to his song, it was an emotional moment for everyone. But living for the joy of every precious moment is what it’s all about.

The Meeting Place is an active site where seniors can be cared for, eat nutritious meals, and be among friends.

Northeast Kingdom Homecare, Inc. was founded in January, 2004. It's mission is to provide choices in care that will allow senior citizens to stay at home. This mission is consistant with Vermont's Choices for Care initiatives which foster such alternatives. We believe our first responsibility is to those seniors who have entrusted themselves to us, and we will work each and every day to earn that trust.
