Polishing up the Golden Years
I remember my parents talking about the “Golden Years” when you are once again “free to play like a child”. Advancing years sometimes create changes that SEEM to “tarnish the gold” before we get to do all that “playing”!
We may have difficulty walking, preparing our own meals, caring for our homes and for ourselves. We might lose contact with friends and not see family as often as we would like. Life becomes a bit “blue” instead of “gold”!
WE CAN NOT allow those changes to negatively affect our lives. We need to learn positive ways of adjusting to those changes.

Isolation and inability to meet your own needs can lead to “BLUE YEARS” instead of “GOLDEN YEARS”. Let’s work together to make our senior years a time to “play” and enjoy everyday.
