Easter Bunny Visits The Meeting Place
Early March 21st, The Meeting Place friends were all posing for pictures wearing their fuzzy bunny ears and foam rabbit masks. They were also preparing for their Pizza Party and for the arrival of some students from the Newport City School.
The students brought an Easter surprise for each person at The Meeting Place; and each child accepted an Easter Basket, which was lovingly made for them by The Meeting Place members.
That afternoon, several Meeting Place members baked an assortment of “Bunny Cookies” and “Easter Egg Cupcakes”. Meeting Place members took home a basket full of goodies for themselves, their families and friends.
