Dear Applicant,
Northeast Kingdom Homecare, Inc. is a four-year old company providing in-home care to clients in the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont. Our caregivers can work day or night, part-time or weekends, and, for those who want to, even for extended periods with more than 40 hours a week.
Working in a home setting is a different kind of job:
o You get to develop a one-on-one relationship with one or just a few clients
o You can work longer hours in a shift, dedicated to each client
o Your duties are diverse, ranging from bathing, grooming and transfer assistance, to cooking and helping out around the house.
o Your schedule can include full-time, part-time, nights and weekends - You tell us when you are available and want to work
o You make a real difference in a person's life, often letting them live at home with their friends, pets, and belongings, instead of entering a nursing home.
We are looking for caregivers who really do care. We are looking for caregivers who can work independently, without need of fulltime supervision. We are looking for caregivers who can make a contribution to our team.
